In a theatre, the ghost light is the single bulb left burning on an empty stage after everyone goes home. The curtain never quite rises, but the stage is always set for whatever comes next. That's the idea behind Ghostlight Garage.
This is a small, independent resale shop run out of Kansas. I go looking for things that are interesting, useful, unusual, or simply overlooked: a stereo receiver that still sounds great, a pair of good leather boots, a box of old field manuals, a kitchen tool somebody's grandmother swore by.
Every item is checked, cleaned when it needs it, photographed honestly, and described the way I'd want it described to me. Then it's packed carefully and usually ships within one business day.
The inventory changes constantly, because that's the nature of the hunt. Some days it's vintage audio, other days it's books, boots, or something I can't quite categorize. If you like the feeling of finding something worthwhile, you'll fit right in here.
